For breakdown recovery, enter the registration, pickup position and destination. Tell us what happened, whether the vehicle can roll, and any access restrictions. A route estimate is not a confirmed recovery booking.
We use reviewed operating areas, vehicle suitability and approved services to identify eligible driver accounts. Drivers can submit a manual price or configure an automatic mileage-based bid. Not every request will receive competing bids.
At the end of a bidding window the system determines the lowest eligible submitted driver payout. The operator still has to be available and suitable, and the customer must see and accept the final price before any confirmed booking.
Once the price, payment and dispatch are confirmed, the assigned driver can update the job status. Live location sharing is opt-in and only available on supported active bookings.
We will not claim that a recovery truck has been dispatched without confirmation. If no suitable operator is available, the request remains unbooked and the customer can arrange an alternative.
The lowest eligible driver bid is considered first, but availability, safety, loading suitability and completed booking checks are still required.

If a recovery is confirmed and the driver opts in to GPS sharing, private tracking updates may be available in your customer portal.
